LIFESTYLE MEDICINE
We manage chronic medical conditions, reducing polypharmacy and focus on maintaining mobility and independence. Home visits are available in select areas.
We perform well-women exams, pelvic exams, Pap smears and more.
A Lifestyle prescription is supported by studies and is incorporated in many recent guidelines. It is now the first step in treatment and prevention of many conditions, from hypertension to memory impairment.
